4. Orders and Order Acceptance Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted. We may cancel or refuse an order because of product availability, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect information, shipping restrictions, or other operational reasons. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Fulfillment and Shipping Orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment partner and the applicable product supplier. Products supplied from within the United States are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days and may be delivered within approximately 3 to 5 business days after processing. Some products may be fulfilled from outside the United States. Products shipped from China may take approximately 12 days or more to reach the United States, in addition to the applicable processing time. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of product availability, warehouse operations, carrier conditions, incorrect address information, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Order Tracking When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional costs or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Product Issues, Returns, and Refunds If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, customers should contact VSBSTORE at support@vsbstore.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Customers should provide the order number, the name used at checkout, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos when available. VSBSTORE will review the information and may consult its fulfillment partner or supplier as part of the investigation. VSBSTORE will evaluate each request and communicate the available resolution. Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include troubleshooting, a replacement, or a refund. Customers must not return a product before receiving written return instructions from VSBSTORE. If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
